Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to  exchange your merchandise, please email info@shoprheaco.com with your exchange request. Please note that we do not cover return or exchange shipping costs and the customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees. All items are final sale and eligible for store credit only. 

 

We love our products and know you will too! But if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us to return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for store credit. The returned item must be unworn or unused with appropriate packaging. 

 

Please allow 3-4 days for us to process your return after receiving it. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:  If your Rhea & Co delivery becomes lost or stolen, highly recommend contacting the delivery service as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
